These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777bv ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://777bv.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Service").

777bv is an English-language online gaming information platform providing sports betting, live casino, slot game and responsible gambling information to users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform operates under applicable international licensing requirements and does not claim to be licensed, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

By accessing, browsing or registering on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Acceptance of these Terms is a condition precedent to your use of the Service. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms (see Clause 15) constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction applicable to your location.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own individual capacity. Corporate entities may not register personal gaming accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction.

• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent or close family member of an employee of 777bv or the Operator.
• You must register only one account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

The Platform reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, address and source of funds at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at the contact details provided in Clause 16. The Platform shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device or household — is prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances where multiple accounts are identified.

The Platform accepts deposits through payment methods made available in the cashier section of your account. Payment method names familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as contextual examples. These references do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or guarantee of support by those providers. Supported methods are confirmed exclusively on the live cashier page.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the Operator and displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional credits offered on the Platform are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms accompanying each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only and cannot be claimed by individuals accessing from Restricted Jurisdictions.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per user, household, device, IP address or payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if the requirement is not met before expiry.
• A maximum bet limit applies while a wagering requirement is active. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.

All bets are settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant game or sports market. The Operator's decision on all settlement matters is final, subject to the right to correct manifest errors. In the event of a dispute, you should contact support in the first instance.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server failure or communication error during gameplay, the Platform reserves the right to declare a game round void and return stakes to the affected users. No claim for winnings arising from a technical error will be entertained.

Minimum and maximum stake limits are set per game and may vary. These limits are displayed within each game interface prior to placing a bet. The Operator reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the items listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination and forfeiture of funds, as well as referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise access the source code of the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing behaviour towards Platform staff or other users.
• Using payment methods in a manner inconsistent with the intended account holder's identity (i.e., using another person's payment method).

Any trademarks, service marks or trade names displayed on the Platform are the registered or unregistered marks of their respective owners. References to third-party brand names — including payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, or sports organisations such as PSL or ICC — are made solely for contextual purposes and do not imply ownership, affiliation or endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777bv and the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

777bv does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components. You are solely responsible for any damage to your device or data loss resulting from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of applicable bonuses and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

777bv reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• You engage in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 9.
• You provide false information during registration or KYC.
• The Platform is required to do so by law or a regulatory authority.
• The Operator ceases to provide services in your jurisdiction.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform immediately ceases. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including but not limited to Clauses 9, 11, 12, 14 and 15 — shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

777bv does not claim to be governed by Pakistani law, nor does it claim any licence or authorisation from Pakistani authorities, including the Government of Pakistan, the PTA or the State Bank of Pakistan. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to our support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the Operator's licensing authority.

777bv reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where a change is material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice, which may be delivered via an on-site notification or email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account before the changes take effect.
